Our Electric Press Tool Service Process
Enquiry
Call us on 02071835838 or use the form below for calibration and to inform us you’re sending your tool in.
Get the tool to us
You can drop the tool/kit in to us or send via your courier (contact us for our address) or we do offer a collection service to make things easier (T’s & C’s apply). Please include a copy of your booking form.
Assessment & Inspection
Your tool will be visually assessed and diagnostics run to check for any faults.
Repair/Service Quote
You will then be contacted for the cost of your service. If you are happy with the price of service, we would ask if you could confirm this by email or phone.
Repair/Test/Calibrate
We will complete your repair as quickly as possible. This will include a full inspection, test and calibration. All conducted in line with ISO9001.
Return
After the tool has been repaired and tested we can arrange for your tool to be picked up or posted to you which will include a carriage charge.
